WAAA is relieved to provide this information from the State Government in terms of what direction needs to be taken in apartments during COVID. With our State borders opening from 3 March and the long weekend of the 5th you may see some increase in short stay tourism. It is important that everyone follows the mandated guidelines such as:
Wearing masks in common areas which includes car parks, gyms, lifts etc.
Those quarantining need to stay within their apartment and while they don't have to advise their strata manager, this would be advisable
If you are quarantining you do need to ensure you receive assistance with taking your rubbish to the communal area, collecting deliveries, walking your pets etc
