Logiudice WA’s worst

Updated: Oct 1, 2025

The Australian Apartment Advocacy has revealed the most complained about strata management firm in WA, as South Perth based Logiudice, as part of its ongoing buyer beware campaign.

The long list of complaints made by owners and Strata Council members include, but are not limited to:

·       Terminating an AGM when the strata management company’s contract was not renewed

·       Including bylaws that make common property the responsibility of the owner and therefore reducing the liability of the developer

·       Signing 5+5 contract terms with developers, with the owners locked in

·       Not escalating owner defects to their developer clients, despite repeated requests from owners

·       Refusing to take direction from the Strata Company

·       Forcing owners to claim on insurance for defects, which the developer is liable for

Ms Reece, CEO of AAA stated that the total disrespect to the owners by Logiudice was gob smacking.

“Strata managers are paid by the Strata Company to perform their tasks including financial management, administration, social matters and ongoing maintenance programmes,” Ms Reece said.

“In any contractual environment if a contractor refused to perform the tasks for which they were paid, they would be sacked.

“But with total lack of consumer protection in WA, these rouge players are tainting the industry and the association memberships they belong to are refusing to take any action to uphold industry best practice standards.”

One of the Directors of Logiudice currently sits on the Strata Committee as Deputy Chair for REIWA.

Samantha Reece spoke about these issues on Wednesday 1 October morning show on ABC Radio (7.10am).
