The 2022 WAAA WINconnect Apartment Awards for Excellence gala dinner was a mixture of confetti, celebration and cabaret and will certainly be remembered for years to come.
Recognising 47 finalists across 6 categories and from 25 companies, the 2022 award winners were featured in a two page spread in the West on Saturday 4 June (as seen below).
Ms Reece, Director of the WA Apartment Advocacy stated that the calibre of entries as well as the number demonstrated that a dedicated apartment awards programme was exactly what the sector needed.
"WA has some very talented designers who are setting benchmarks with apartment design and execution and it is fabulous to showcase these for the whole sector," Ms Reece said.
"In particular the affordability and boutique categories were highly contended and demonstrated best practice.
"Perth is an evolving market and we are creating some apartment developments that will set the way forward and that is very exciting."
