WAAA is delighted that the 2022 WINconnect Apartment Awards for Excellence has continued to grow from strength to strength with 41 entries from 25 companies. Offering seven new categories in 2022 including Pioneering Award (for those companies who are the first to develop apartments in an LGA), Boutique award (for 20 apartments or less) and Apartment Sector Leading Light (for a person who has championed apartment living), the response from Developers, Local Government and Strata Managers alike demonstrates that there is a demand for a dedicated apartment awards.
The judges will be visiting all entrants at the end of April into early May with the Gala dinner being held on Friday 3 June.
