Faragher favours South Perth high rise

Despite the best intentions of the City of South Perth and the local residents action group, the Minister for Planning, Donna Faragher, has announced that she will not be endorsing Amendment 46, which was seeking to place height restrictions of 26 storeys.

 

This aligns with our own research in South Perth which demonstrated that the majority of residents and visitors alike recognised that South Perth already had an apartment culture which was well established in the 1990's.
