WAAA welcomes City of Subiaco LPS 5

At tonight’s Subiaco Council meeting, elected members endorsed the proposed Local Planning Scheme 5 (LPS5) after months of discussion and despite ongoing calls from self-interested parties to go back to the drawing board. The LPS 5 endorses adding another 8500 households to the Subiaco LGA over the next 30 years, 2900 of which are contained in MRA’s Subi East precinct, which also encompasses Bob Hawke College.
