Family downsizes from four bedroom home to two bedroom apartment

An Ellenbrook family have declared they would consider downsizing to an apartment after their recent trial with WA Apartment Advocacy (WAAA) in the Oracle apartments in Perth CBD. Michelle, Justin and their son Toby D’Costa (5) were one of the 12 lucky entrants who received a free trial for a month in the apartment, as part of a unique social experiment, to see if this lifestyle would suit them. Michelle stated that they had initial concerns that they would miss the back yard, not have enough storage or find apartment living too noisy, but they discovered that these worries were unfounded. “We have lived in Ellenbrook for over ten years and built two large family homes there,” Michelle said.

Concrete pipes offer space for microhome tube housing of the future
